Low level values of the superficial heat transfer coefficients, that will obtain in conformity with the type of fluid and the heat exchange surface form impose the taking into account some methods for increasing with prompt consequences in performance and average dimensions of heating apparatus. About the multitude of methods, the authors analyze the intensification of heat transfer, using the expanding of exchange surfaces, who utilize elements with acicular form obtained with a mechanic process, in the pipes wall, method who provide a perfect contact between the acicular element and the wall of heat exchange pipe. The analyze of geometric and thermodynamics conditions, as the particularly of these types of surfaces, conclude new methods of heat transfer intensification at the interface of cooling agent-heat exchange surface and secondary agent-heat exchange surface.
