This document follows up to the task "to define the way of introducing qualification of personnel in process and service standards", with which CEN/BT charged CEN/BT/WG 192 by Resolution BT C060/2006. The attached document updates and replaces document BT N 8361, made available in January 2010 to BT on the BT Working Area for comments. This final text of the CEN Guide takes into account the remarks on the version of the Guide dated January 2010, received from AFNOR and SUTN during the "BT discussion phase" (2010-02-04 to 2010-02-24). This final draft of the CEN Guide is proposed to CEN/BT for decision.
